When reporting a bug
Featurebase is the best place for this, since it keeps a record and lets you track the fix. A few things that help either way:
- Tell us what you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- Mention your phone model and Android/IOS version if you can.
- A screenshot or short screen recording is welcome
